We offer some rims with both summer and winter tires. The tires will be adjusted according to the product description. You will receive the displayed rims with the tires listed in the description.

No worries! Sometimes the delivery of individual packages is delayed. All packages should arrive no later than the day after the first delivery. If this is not the case, please contact us.

Returns and Complaints

If your delivery shows defects, please photograph the damaged product and the packaging. Send us the pictures along with your order number by email to info@or24.de. We will take care of your request immediately.

If you have received an incorrect or unwanted item, please inform us by email or by phone at +49 3831 66 77 110, stating your order number. We will gladly assist you with the return or adjustment of your order.

You generally have 14 days to return an item after receipt. In addition, we offer you an exclusive 100-day money-back guarantee, giving you even more flexibility. To take advantage of the extended return option, the item must be returned unused and undamaged within 100 days of purchase – without needing to provide any reason.

Yes, an exchange is possible as long as the item is in its original condition, has not been installed, and is returned within the return period.

Even with proper storage, imbalances can occur. These often lead to vibrations in the interior and on the steering wheel. Therefore, we recommend having the wheels balanced by us before shipping.

Of course! Please contact us before placing your order so we can consider your preferences and create a custom offer for you. For example, you have the option to order just the rims, even if they are offered with tires on the product page. You can also combine rims with different types of tires, such as summer, winter, or all-weather tires. We are happy to consider preferred brands like Michelin or Continental. Original rims are usually marked with the car manufacturer's logo and a part number. You can find more information on recognizing original rims in our guide “How to Recognize Original Rims?".

Unfortunately, we do not offer a mounting service. The wheels must be mounted after delivery.

Purchase & Trade-in

Yes, this is possible. Visit Felgenankauf.de and upload pictures of your rims along with a description including DOT, tread depth, any damage, and the part number. The information about the wheel set will be forwarded to our purchasing team, who will then contact you.

The purchase process begins with our team evaluating your rims. Once we have all the necessary information, we will make you an offer. If you agree, we will arrange collection and initiate payment.

The purchase price depends on the condition, age, and model of the rims. Our team will gladly make you an individual offer based on the information you provide.

The purchase process usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the quantity and condition of the rims and the organization of the collection.

If your rims do not match the described condition, we will inform you and either make you a new offer or return the rims. Please make sure to describe the condition as accurately as possible.
