Shipping costs & delivery times

Important note: From 1 July 2021, new EU customs and tax rules will apply. The starting point for this shop is German VAT and delivery country Germany. For orders that you place in your EU country, the VAT will be adjusted according to the VAT rate of your country during the ordering process and upon receipt of the final invoice and is not included in the item price.

Shipping conditions & shipping costs

Our products are shipped directly from Germany to ensure fast and reliable delivery. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact our team. Delivery is worldwide. Shipping to islands is excluded. The shipping costs include statutory value added tax.

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate. These depend on the rim size, wheel/tyre combination, parcel size and shipping service provider and always refer to a complete set of original rims or wheels.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
